Draft European Business Code

Initiated in 2017 by the Association Henri Capitant, with the support of the Fondation pour le droit continental and a number of partners, the work on a Draft European Business Code follows on from the inventory published by the Association in 2016 (La construction européenne en droit des affaires, acquis et perspectives, ed. Lextenso).
