Response to the European consultation on the 28th regime

We are delighted that the European Commission has initiated a process of reflection on the harmonisation of business law within the European Union. This is a key factor in consolidating and improving the performance of the internal market in terms of the productive fabric, particularly with regard to removing the 'internal customs duties' that Europe has imposed on its companies (very small enterprises, small and medium-sized enterprises, and mid-cap companies) due to the absence of a unified legal system.
